PASSPORT INFORMATION
A valid international passport is needed for Greenland. It must be valid for three months after your return.
TRAVEL AND CANCELLATION INSURANCE
It is advisable to subscribe a cancellation insurance before registration.
The travel agency, Destination, provides travel assistance insurance during the adventure.
RATE
The price for this seven days adventure costs 9.990 euros per person. This price is determined on the basis of minimum 6 registrations. If this number is not reached, the Organizing Committee reservers the right to cancel the trip or recalculate the cost per person.

- Flight from Brussels to Copenhagen and return with Brussels Airlines (20 kg checked-in luggage & 8 kg hand luggage included)
- Flight from Copenhagen to Sisimiut via Nuuk with Air Greenland (20 kg checked-in luggage & 8 kg hand luggage included)
- All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) including non-alcoholic drinks throughout the journey
Out on the ice, meals and snacks are in the form of dehydrated rations
- Hotel overnight based on a single room at hotel Clarion Copenhagen airport (8 March)
- Hotel overnight based on a single room at hotel Sisimiut (9 March and 12 March)
- Hotel overnight based on a single room at city hotel Copenhagen (13 March & 14 March)
- Overnight based on sharing accommodation in tents or huts on the ice and mattresses/sleeping bags (10 March and 11 March)
- Guided tour & visit of National Museum in Copenhagen (14 March)
- Dinners in Copenhagen city (13 March & 14 March)
- Full assistance and guidance by professional polar guides
- Inspirational talks by Julie Brown, founding partner of Polar Experience
- All local transportation from snowmobiles to UTVs and sleds
- All necessary polar gear, snowshoes, Pulka and harness if needbe
- Medical follow up by Ifremmont during the expedition
PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
A first non-refundable downpayment of 50% (4.995 euros per person) is requested to confirm your registration. To be wired to the account of our travel agency Destination Unlimited BV: BE70 0689 0342 8725 (BIC: GKCCBEBB).
A final invoice for the remaining 50% will be sent 3 months prior to departure.
If you cancel your participation prior to 9 December 2025, a cancellation fee of 50% will be charged.
As of 10 December 2025, a cancellation fee of 100% will be charged.
