PASSPORT INFORMATION
A valid identity card or passport is sufficient for Iceland. It must be valid for six months after your return.
TRAVEL AND CANCELLATION INSURANCE
It is advisable to subscribe a cancellation insurance before registration.
The travel agency, Destination, provides travel assistance insurance during the adventure.
RATE
The price for this five days adventure costs 6.400 euros per person. This price is determined on the basis of 16 registrations. If this number is not reached, the Organizing Committee reservers the right to cancel the trip or recalculate the cost per person.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
A first non-refundable downpayment of 50% (3.200 euros per person) is requested to confirm your registration. To be wired to the account of our travel agency Destination Unlimited BV: BE70 0689 0342 8725 (BIC: GKCCBEBB).
A final invoice for the remaining 50% will be sent 3 months prior to departure.
If you cancel your participation prior to 27 June 2026, a cancellation fee of 50% will be charged.
As of 28 June 2026, a cancellation fee of 100% will be charged.
