PASSPORT INFORMATION
A valid identity card or passport is sufficient for France & Italy.
TRAVEL AND CANCELLATION INSURANCE
It is advisable to subscribe a cancellation insurance before registration.
The travel agency, Destination, provides travel assistance insurance during the retreat.
RATE
The price for this five days adventure costs 2.500 euros per person. This price is determined on the basis of 16 registrations. If this number is not reached, the Organizing Committee reservers the right to cancel the trip or recalculate the cost per person.

- Leadership retreat starting/ending at Entrèves (Courmayeur), Italy
- All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinnner) including drinks throughout the journey
- Overnight based on sharing accommodation at high altitude mountain huts (19-21 June 2025 for 3 nights)
- Luxury hotel overnight based on a single room including access to Wellness & Spa (22 June 2025 for 1 night)

- All hiking gear, sleeping bags, ... needed throuhgout the journey

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
A first non-refundable downpayment of 50% (1.250 euros per person) is requested to confirm your registration. To be wired to the account of our travel agency Destination Unlimited BV: BE70 0689 0342 8725 (BIC: GKCCBEBB).
A final invoice for the remaining 50% will be sent 2 months prior to departure.
If you cancel your participation prior to 19 April 2025, a cancellation fee of 50% will be charged.
As of 20 April 2025, a cancellation fee of 100% will be charged.
