Hotel accommodations have been arranged along the AC HOTEL BARCELONA FORUM.
Overnight costs, including breakfast and all taxes, will be covered by each participant, and should be paid upon registration.
Single Room - 220 EUROS per night 
Double or Twin Room - 255 EUROS per night 
No additional cost on the weekend 
Local city tax will be charged upon check-out at the hotel.

Meals and transportation within Barcelona that are part of the event will be covered by HP Indigo.

Hotel confirmation, including all relevant details, will be sent 2 weeks  prior to arrival (in accordance with the submission of all flight information on the registration website).
The registration site will be closed on Monday, December 9, 2024.
